Basic Introduction:
1, Join this challenging trainee programs for recent graduates! The 2 years programs offer you the opportunity to work in
2, Recruitment of recent Chinese graduates from top schools and/or universities or may have a short first working experience within 2 years.
3, If offered, the candidate requires a 3-6 months probation in
4, After probation period, the candidate will be given an on-job training in U.K for 2 years.
5, After finishing overseas training, the candidate will return to work in
6, This position gives the opportunity to acquire experience in production as well as implementing changes in the production management.
7, It gives also the opportunity to get experience in the deployment of lean manufacturing.
Requirements:
1, Degree from a top-notch university with majors in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering major.
2, Ideal candidates should be fresh graduates; or working experience must be limited within 2 years if already graduated from university.
3, Desire and capability to work in a foreign country.
4, Leadership competencies.
5, Ability to develop internal and external network.
6, Ability to work on cross-functional projects.
7, Fluent oral English is required
