崗位：流程優(yōu)化開發(fā)工程師 – 實習(xí)生
Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to the banking process improvement projects.
為銀行流程優(yōu)化項目提供smart tool開發(fā)支持
Work with stakeholders to identify user requirement and be responsible for developing solution/smart tools.
和項目利益相關(guān)方一起定義用戶需求，并將用戶需求轉(zhuǎn)換成最終的解決方案
Write functional specification documentation/user guide and work with project manager to complete post-implementation review.
負責(zé)撰寫系統(tǒng)功能說明/用戶使用說明，并在項目完成之后與項目經(jīng)理回顧與總結(jié)項目得失

任職要求：
Computer science and technology related major preferred.
計算機科學(xué)與技術(shù)，軟件開發(fā)等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Master degree studying in the 1st or the 2nd year, can work at least 3-4 days per week.
碩士一年紀或二年級在讀學(xué)生，每周全職實習(xí)至少3-4天。
Programming experience is a must. Be fluent with any of following language/Tools is a plus:
MS Access, Excel VBA, VBS, SharePoint, Html, XML, ASP, Java script, powershell, SQL, etc
有編程經(jīng)驗，能夠熟練使用以下一種或者幾種數(shù)據(jù)庫，語言或者工具解決實際問題：MS Access, Excel VBA, VBS, SharePoint, Html, XML, ASP, Java script, powershell, SQL, etc
Be fluent with English for both writing and speaking is a plus.
能熟練使用英語。
Expected this candidate keeps his/her curious on the new progress of technology and has wide interest to study new knowledge and skills.
保持對最新技術(shù)進展的好奇心，對新知識和新技術(shù)有廣泛的興趣，有鉆研精神。
